A Small Glimpse of My Life at IIT Jodhpur

Two years in the middle of a desert has a way of stripping things down to what matters. The MDes program at IIT Jodhpur was part curriculum, part survival test — blistering afternoons, sleepless ideation nights, and the kind of feedback that stings before it shapes you. What came out the other side wasn't just a designer with a degree, but someone who finally understood what they were made of.

My favourite and most meaningful project (to me)

Some projects are completed. Ouroboros was unleashed. What started as a two-week sprint through the saturated trenches of comic storytelling — a genre where universes are cheap and chosen ones are cheaper — quickly outgrew every brief, every boundary, every sensible timeline. The creative freedom was the trap, and the trap was the gift. No guardrails meant no one to blame but myself, and that invisible pressure quietly became the most honest brief I ever received. Weeks of obsessive research, world-building from absolute zero, and characters that refused to stay flat eventually produced something that stopped feeling like a submission and started feeling like a responsibility. It wasn't just a project anymore — it was a contender, a story sprawling enough to span volumes, dense enough to swallow worlds whole. Ouroboros wasn't conceived in a studio or born from a mood board. It surfaced — from the deep trenches of my mind where it had always been waiting, embedded and patient, for exactly the right opportunistic moment to finally break through.
